Canticle Clark

Yoga has been a part of Canticle’s life for at least 10 years. In January 2017 she was called to take a 200 hour Ayurvedic & Yoga Teacher training in Edmonton, Alberta with Sacred Seed Yoga & Ayurveda.

I chose to do this for my own spiritual, mental wellness and to connect back to who I truly am. I will always be a student eager to learn. I am grateful for my wonderful teachers and fellow students as well as the Yoga community.

I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing their body, mind and soul. By using yoga and the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. My hope is that you step off of your mat feeling connected with yourself, grounded and balanced.

I truly believe Yoga is for Every Body. Yoga has given me the chance to go inward, slow down, and stay in the present moment. Life can pull and push us in so many directions, and my mat is always out to invite me back to a place of peace and connection, a place within myself.

Jan Norman

I am a mature, well-lived yogi who loves yoga and all the benefits it provides in all aspects of life. I have a background in Competitive sports and coaching professionally at a national level. I understand the biomechanics of the body and how Yoga is so good for the body.

I teach Yoga to encourage people to be kind to their body and listen to their body-Your Body Tells The Truth—this is my daily mantra.

I teach an inclusive based, biomechanically correct Yoga that allows yogis the journey to Self where compassion and love resides. Ahimsa-do no harm is the name of my Yoga Business and through learning to listen to your body and learning to move with compassion your body becomes your friend, you stop harming it and it then does amazing things! Yoga has the power to change your mind. This is the biggest benefit for me- I have learned a new way to think. I am letting go of Samskaras, stories that are real but not true, I am seeing the glass half full. I also teach and design Teacher Training programs, offer Retreats and Workshops.

Natalie Taylor

Natalie first began attending yoga classes two decades ago as a means of managing chronic hip pain.

In February 2018, Natalie joined her best friend on an adventure in Costa Rica to take a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Sadhana School of Yoga. Natalie saw the training as a means to deepen her own practice but was so moved by the experience that she felt led to help guide others through their own personal yoga journey.

Being ‘of a certain age’ and ‘body type’, Natalie hopes that participants in her classes are reassured and encouraged that Yes! Yoga is for everyone! Knowing that yoga is so much more than just the poses, Natalie wants nothing more than for you to be truly comfortable to Come as you are. Use what you have. And do what you can. Her goal is to teach a practical modified class where props are friends.
